This is the best in Rancho Mirage 4500 3bd

I just had interest in my home and she wondered if Craig's List was legite, so I will explain my beautilful home and see if it matters to anyone that wants a home in Rancho Mirage that is lovely, cared for and ready to move in for the season. I just found out that a neighbor, 5 doors down (a realtor advertised a home that isn't even their's) for less than mine and because mine was at a higher price, the people responding thought it was more negotialable, when my home is the "BEST" in the nieghborhood. How sad it is these days that people think that everyone is hard up and needs to just give away what is best for the value of a property and or, a home. Our home is a "home", not a property that a realtor is trying to make a commission on. We will take it off the market before we give in to that type of competititon. For us there is no competition, it's all about quality, not price. If you are intersted, please refer to Home Away Vacation Rental 146258 for photos. It is a lovely, cared for home. If you want peace and sunshine to wake up to every morning, this is the home for you. I wake up happy every morning when I'm there. The furniture is new and includes comfy pillow top mattresses with down bedding, a den with everything needed for your office needs. High speed internet, free long distance in US and Canada and fax. 50 inch flat screen in LR and TV's in all bedrooms. Lots of games, DVD's and music for relaxation. Bikes to ride, a treadmill to exercise on in the carpeted garage. The kitchen has every amenity to enjoy feeling at home, like it's your home.
