This luxury Vacation Resort Home has over 3800 sq. feet of spacious living located in one of the desert's most desirable gated communities....the prestigious Thunderbird Golf Course in Rancho MIrage. This beautiful home is private, secluded and surrounded by some of the best mountain views in the desert.
The large formal living room and dining room open onto a huge veranda, private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor bar-b-que. The living room/dining room and bar have tile floors and wood burning fireplace. There is also a wonderful Family Room which also opens onto the pool area and also overlooks the golf course with distant mountain views.
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms with private baths. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and the Guest Suite has two Twin beds plus a full size sleeper sofa. The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people.
There is a handsome wood paneled lounge with full bar overlooking and opening onto the pool area.
The updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining.
This is an ideal getaway for three couples or a family that just enjoys spacious living. Most all of the rooms surround and open onto the covered veranda....perfect for entertaining, relaxing around the pool and jacuzzi and enjoying the desert's warm days and balmy nights.
The Thunderbird Country Club is located in the heart of Rancho MIrage just off Highway 111 and is about 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. El Paseo in Palm Desert (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) is just minutes away, renowned golf courses, fabulous restaurants, and cultural activities are all nearby. The newest gathering place, The River at Rancho Mirage offers fine and casual dining, cinemas, and shopping...all just minutes away.
$295 per night....3 night minimum. $1500 per week or $4500 per month.
