Casa Serenidad is available to rent by the weekend or the week. Casa Serenidad just started being rented in early October and is already booked until December 1, two weeks in early January, and two weeks in March! Available early and mid-December, Christmas and New Year?s (just got a cancellation!) and all late January and February!
Amenities:
1800 square feet; rehabbed in 2009; 3 bedrooms; tropical back yard with pool; 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite; high speed internet; new stainless steel appliances in kitchen; granite counter tops; washer and dryer, 2 bikes; the backyard of your dreams with lounge chairs. There is also a cozy front patio. This is an eco-friendly house so the pool is not heated. It is also eco-friendly because we use only green cleaning products, all appliances are energy efficient, we provide bikes for transportation, and we do everything we can to make sure that we have a positive effect on the environment.
Sliding doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, and pool. The outside dining area has a large table with six chairs, solar powered lighting so you can eat or read outside at night, and has a patio heater to take the chill off. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking supplies. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has two twins, (with shared full bath) and the master bedroom has a queen bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included.
Casa Serenidad is located on a quiet street of all single family homes with no through traffic. It is a residential area with no condos or apartment buildings. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Just a few blocks away is a brand new shopping center with an upscale grocery store, a Starbucks, a cleaners, etc. Across the street from the shopping center is a huge country club with golf, tennis, and restaurants.
Rates (plus $100 cleaning fee):
May through mid-December
$295/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price), extra nights are $100; $595/week
Thanksgiving Week is $695
Mid-December through End of April
$395/weekend (2 or 3 nights-same price), extra nights are $100; $695/week
Christmas/New Year?s weeks are $795
There is an additional $250 security deposit required which will be refunded after the property manager has checked the house to make sure there is no damage.
Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Pets will are allowed for an additional cleaning/shampooing carpets fee ($100).
PayPal, Cash, Checks, Money orders accepted.
