This home was recently featured on Home and Garden Television's show DESIGNED TO SELL. Well, after the makeover we loved to home so much we could not part with selling it. We are offering this extraordinary DESIGNER home for your vacation enjoyment.
Every attention to detail when you arrive at this property from exterior desert landscape to large pool and spa with cabana and professional misting system in private enclosed garden complete with mountain views of the San Jacinto range.
When you arrive at this Desert Retreat you will be instantly tantalized by the lush desert landscape which encompasses both front and rear garden areas. For those plant lovers be sure to bring you cactus and succulent books as you will love identifying all the different desert plants and cacti we have growing, over 50 different species.
Upon entering the home you will enjoy some of the latest design ideas, soothing desert colors and beautiful designer furnishing and accessories that will instantly sooth and relax you. A true Zen experience awaits. The pool and cabana patio area are off the great room, master bedroom and one other guest bedroom. You have three direct access ways to the pool/spa cabana area. We even offer an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming and sunning.
The gourmet kitchen boasts all new top of the line Kitchen Aid Stainless appliances, double draw dish washer all commercial grade appliances. Three bedrooms provide 2 king beds (pillow tops for extra comfort), queen bed (also pillow top). We complete your luxury vacation experience with high thread count sheets, down pillows (down alternate available), down comforters, duvet covers and the best Egyptian bathroom towels available. Three full bathrooms, Master bath with tub, separate walk in shower and commode area, double sink vanity in master bath as well. All bathrooms have been fully remodeled - everything is new.
The entire home has new plantation shutters for complete control of sun light exposure, surround sound speaker system throughout the home as well as pool and spa area. We provide high speed internet service both ether net and WIFI compatible. Cable and local channel lineup on five plasma televisions all with DVD players and a well-stocked DVD library for your entertainment.
There are Maytag Neptune Series washer and dryer in a separate laundry room available for your use.
A Great Room that measures 15' x 20' feet with glove leather sectional seating group, custom granite coffee table, one of a kind art work from local Palm Springs galleries and gas burning fire place all add elegance and comfort to your indoor entertaining complete with a 50" plasma television. Wonderful wet bar in living area as well. But wait, the action in Palm Springs is really all outdoors.
Unpack your bags and head to the pool and spa with designer patio furniture. The living room has a 12' sliding bank of glass doors that open to the pool/spa patio cabana area. QUINCY WAY at TAMARISK
CHECK IN TIME: The check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check out is 11:00 AM.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: You bring your own food and sundries. We pay all utilities and have provided basic necessities including pressed linens, towels, pots, dishes and all of the normal items. Our rate includes: unlimited US phone calls, cable TV, High Speed Internet (Cable Modem), Electricity, water, gas, and taxes.
HOW TO PAY: We accept payment by Credit Cards, Cashier?s Checks and Money Orders.
If you choose to, you can pay 33% at the time of the reservation, and the remainder 30 days before.
You can also instead send a Cashier?s check or money order to Savage 1, Inc. POB 2160, Winnetka CA 91396.
CLEANING FEE
When you leave we send a housekeeper to prepare for the next vacationer. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee, as is standard in the industry.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To protect our property we require a $1000-$2500 Security deposit, depending on the details of your stay. This is refunded seven days after your stay, as long as no damage has occurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We realize that plans change and emergencies arise. Our stated policy is based on the fact that we are not a hotel. We reserve the space for you and turn away all other vacationers, so therefore your payment is non-refundable if you cancel or modify the dates of your reservation.
ACCESS
Once you confirm your reservation we will send the access code for entry and a reservation confirmation.
