Spring has sprung...days are getting warmer..nights are getting milder...what better time to plan your escape to Palm Springs. Better still, my prices are very reasonable. Prices listed below but email me through the sites listed below for exact pricing.



THE HOUSE...

...is a privately owned home, privately managed so you deal directly with the owner. It sits on approximately 1/3 acre and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the south end of Palm Springs. The back yard is fenced offering privacy for your times around the pool.



AMENITIES...

...inside... high speed wireless internet, desktop computer, full size washer and dryer, cable television, DVD players, large screen TV, stainless steel fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, free US long distance calling

...outside... gas BBQ, covered palapa with light and ceiling fan, large green side yard for lawn games, huge rock zen garden with firepit and seating, outdoor dining, six (6) lounges, and of course the focal point - the inground pool and spa



Sleeping arrangements...

Master Bedroom - 1 King size bed with en-suite bath (cable TV, DVD player, alarm)

Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen bed (cable TV with DVD player)

Bedroom #3 - 1 twin, 1 full/double (bunk beds - desktop computer with high speed internet)



Prices - high season (through May) based on maximum 6 people (additional people = additional costs)

Sunday through Thursday nights - $250 a night

Friday and Saturday nights - $275 a night

Weekly rates - $1425 a week through May. Summer rates kick in June 1 - even lower!



Pool heating charges @ $30 a day and/or $180 a week

Cleaning fees - $150
