The beautiful home is located in Indian Wells, Ca, between the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Indian Wells Golf Resort. It's placed on 5 acres of all grassed enclosed backyard with a volleyball court, tether ball, shuffleboard, and a basketball court. The room is equipped with a full sized bed, and your own TV with all of the standard channels as well as all of the other standard commodities of a bedroom. You will have a private bathroom and all plumbing and fixtures are within a year new. You will have your own entrance through beautiful french double doors. The kitchen has all new black granite counter tops with new appliances. Open the back door and you can see the beautiful 5 acre back yard, the Tennis Gardens, and from your window you can see the Indian Wells Golf Resort and Renaissance Esmeralda. Also, the pool is just outside the back door, so bring your bathing suits, and go home with a tan. Also, there are not one, but two dog parks in a 1/2 mile radius, so bring your furry friends along for the vacation.
