Come escape to Mar?TEE?ni Dreams! Great for a golf weekend or family vacation. Just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport, this is the perfect desert location, situated VERY near "The River" shopping/dining/entertainment complex, and a quick drive to El Paseo.
All the comforts of home in our newly renovated tropical style house with a large private pool with big views of the mountains. Kick off happy hour in our large Jacuzzi, then throw a steak on the grill or head to the River for a night out. PF Chang's, Fleming's, Cheescake Factory and many more great places to eat.
Master suite features Tommy Bahama furnishings, including beautiful king bed. Flat screen television. Door to the pool patio and covered lanai. Separate shower, jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, walk in closet.
Second Suite also features tropical decor with queen bed and attached bathroom with shower.
Third bedroom offers adjustable queen bed, so you can raise your head and read in bed!
We also have a den with queen sleep sofa and television, great for a quiet respite or for the kids to play.
Kitchen with stainless and black appliances, breakfast nook seats six and opens onto the pool patio. With mountain and palm views, perfect for that morning cup of coffee.
Rates:
Dates: Until 05/31: $ 270.00 per day; $1600.00 per week
Dates: 06/01 ? 09/30; $210.00 per day; $1300.00 per week
Dates: 10/01 ? 12/15; $240.00 per day; $1400.00 per week
Must be at least 25 years old to sign the rental agreement. Security deposit and cleaning fee will also be required.
