Guests enjoy spacious condo-suites, swimming pool and tennis courts and a wide variety of local activities including several nearby championship golf courses, such as PGA West, shopping malls, water park, art galleries, museums, restaurants, casinos, and many desert and mountain hiking trails!
All taxes and cleaning fee are included. NO hidden fees. I don't think you can find a better price anywhere else. I ONLY TAKE PAYMENT THRU PAYPAL.
Suite Amenities
Sun Dunes Villas offers modest 1,000 sq. ft. Two-Story Townhouses. The townhouse (sleeps 6) has: two bedrooms, one queen-size bed, two twin-size beds, a queen sofa sleeper, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private patios. All suites have cable TV, VCR, local telephone, and hair dryer(s). Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their age.
NOTE: ALL SUITES ARE NON-SMOKING. RESORT DOES NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT or ELEVATOR ON-SITE.
Housekeeping
Daily trash removal. Towels or bed linens left in the laundry basket will be replaced. Additional full service cleanings may be arranged for a nominal fee.
Check-in is at 4:00PM and check-out is at 10:00AM. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.
