WHEN REQUESTING AVAILABILITY, please provide:

2. Arrival date and number of days of stay requested.
3. If your dates are flexible, provide what time periods work and I?ll provide an availability calendar.

OWNERSHIP: These condominiums are either owned by Vacation Internationale or as in the case of the weekly only rentals are on an exchange program. They are fully stocked vacation rentals timeshare condominiums, not hotel rooms. . There is on site or at times staff just off site to take care of any needs you may have. If you rent from me, you will be treated the same as if you were the timeshare owner.
DEPOSIT: I am responsible for the condition of unit so I take a fully refundable deposit. I have never had to pay Vacation Internationale nor has anyone who rented from me ever lost any of their deposit. The deposit is the same as a hotel. It is for damage, not cleaning as normal cleaning is included in your rent. The deposit ranges from $100 to $300 and is refunded within 48 hours of departure.
AVAILABILITY: There are 30,000 timeshare owners that can book any of these units at any time. Nine out of ten people who wait to book and call me back, even a short time later find the units they want booked. The exception to this is of course when there are several units available for a particular time frame. I will provide you with an availability calendar so you can see how many units if any units are available for the time frame you are interested in.
SECURITY: Since there are so many scams out there, the following information is provided to assure you that you are dealing with someone reputable. You can confirm with PAYPAL that this status isn?t given to account holders who have had any fraudulent activity or complaints. RATES: I have attempted to post all the rate schedules above. There are no hidden fees or taxes. THE RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. Units are normally rented for several days to several weeks although I am willing to do one day rentals. Please add 3% of the base rate (not the deposit) when using a credit card through PAYPAL. (To avoid the 3% charge, use PAYPAL to withdraw from your bank account and click ?Personal? then mark the box ?Payment Owed.?
PAYMENT: Payments can be made through PAYPAL or by direct deposit into either Chase bank or BECU. If you can?t do any of these and don?t want to wait for the mail to get to me, it may be best to look elsewhere as I?m not able to receive credit card payments directly.
REFUNDS: Any reservations made less than 40 days in advance are totally non-refundable per VI rules that don?t allow me to cancel. I am required to pay for those units with my credit card when I book. You may of course rent the unit (sublease) to someone else if you wish. Any reservations longer than 40 days in advance can be refunded as long as I am able to rent to someone else at any of the 30 locations before my point usage runs out. There will be a $50 to $100 non-refundable charge. Don?t count on a refund as I can?t guarantee when someone else may rent from me. I rent at very discounted rates compared to owners that offer refunds.
PROCEDURE: If there is only 1 unit left, I will call and confirm availability (as the calendar is 30 minutes delayed) and ask Vacation Internationale to hold the unit for up to 6 hours. Then you can make payment using one of the three choices and notify me of your payment. I will immediately make the reservation in your name. Once I receive written confirmation from Vacation Internationale, I will forward that confirmation to you. If there is more than 1 unit left, I ask that you pay first as there is no reason to hold the unit.
CHECK IN: On the Craigslist ad, you will normally see a link for the Vacation Internationale owned condos. If you go to that link, you will see a link on that page for ?check-in? information for the condo. That information is comprehensive. I am a Prestige owner and you will receive the benefits that I receive. That includes unit upgrade, early check-in and late check-out when available.
GENERAL: Units are never pre-assigned. This allows management to allocate units most efficiently as reservations change. This is necessary as these units can be reserved with totally flexible starting dates and number of days stayed. All the interior of the units within a complex tend to be very similar in condition and amenities. They are all in very good condition. There is no nightly maid service. Stays longer than 8 days have 1 or more mid-term maid services. Vacation Internationale is an owner run Timeshare located in Bellevue, Washington, about 15 miles from my home. I purchased my first timeshare with them over 20 years ago and have been extremely satisfied.
