The ?chef?s kitchen? offers modern and stylish stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator, gas cooktop, double ovens, microwave and dishwasher), granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, and lots of prep space. The main eating area will accommodate 10-12 people with the table leaf added (8-10 without), an additional 4 at the island counter, plus 6 more outside on the patio which adjoins the kitchen and eating area. Discounts available for multiple months. Will also consider yearly leases on a fully furnished basis. Prices quoted in US Dollars.

Departure cleaning fee: $150.
Optional pool heating fee: $35/day.
Reservation/security deposit: $1000 (or 25% for rentals over $5000).

Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of reservation/security deposit. Full payment must be received two weeks in advance of your stay. Payments may be made by certified cheque, bank draft or cashier's cheque, or by PayPal, which will allow you to use a credit card or bank debit if you wish. A 3% surcharge applies to all PayPal payments.
