Sliding glass doors from the Dining and Kitchen area opens to a patio and the pool which is protected by a 6 foot wall for privacy.
The pool is designed with a quartzite decking and handmade tile with a waterfall spa that spills into the pool.
There is a gas/lava rock barbeque on the patio.
This is a beautiful comfortable house located in one of the nicest areas of Palm Springs just southeast of downtown.

RATES
Normal rates:
2850 to 3250/month
1250 / week ( 1450/holiday wk)
$450/wk end (600 holiday week end/ per 2 day)

OTHER SPECIALS:
SPECIAL for SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER* 20% Discount =$1000/wk
* note: discount does not apply to week ends or Labor Day week
and lower rates sometimes relate to longer stays.
