Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, complete fitness center, racquetball, pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. There are 25 pools--two are SALT WATER.
This is a very nicely furnished unit next to one of the many pools in DFCC.. The unit is 1360 sq.ft, very open with dining area, gas fireplace, wet bar. King size bed in master bedroom with large private two sink bathroom. Queen size bed in second bedroom with full second bath.
TV in living room and both bedrooms. Full size sofa bed in living room. Kitchen is large and bright and features a breakfast nook. The condo is newly painted and has beautiful carpet. This unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Private patio close to the pool and spa.
Close to shopping, great restaurants, golf courses, theatre and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions. Renters have free access to tennis, fitness center and restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse.
