Television writer's retreat is available for weekly and monthly rental. Newly updated with hardwood floors, and sleek mid-century meets contemporary furnishings, this 1000 square foot condo is the perfect destination for the seasoned working pro, as well as that writer about to make it big if he can just finish that great American screenplay or novel. The owner's library is overflowing with writer's resources for television, film and playwriting ( more than 60 books), and the master suite boasts the "Inspiration Station", a dream work area for the dedicated writer. FREE WIRELESS keeps you connected to the outside world, and makes research a breeze. When it's time to relax, there are two heated pools and jucuzzis on the grounds, or stay in and enjoy the 50" FLATSCREEN TELEVISION with SATELLITE HOOKUP, patio BBQ or dock your ipod and enjoy some tunes. Your Writer's Retreat is conveniently located 2 miles from the heart of Palm Springs, and less than a mile from the Warm Sands district.
