The unit was completely refurbished in 2008, including new carpet, tile, paint and Mission style furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, gas range and microwave. The living room has a sofa, love seat, coffee table, 2 end tables, recliner chair, entertainment center, 58” HDTV and DVD player. It opens onto a private patio that faces a pool and Jacuzzi. The patio includes a table, 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, stainless steel gas BBQ and has a view of the north golf course fourth water hole. The master bedroom opens into an atrium and has a king bed, chest dresser, 2 night stands, side chair, 36” flat screen TV and 2 large closets. The guest bed looks into the courtyard and has a queen bed, dresser, night stand, bench seat, 26” flat screen TV and 1 large closet. Rancho Las Palmas Country Club amenities include a great clubhouse and restaurant.
