This is a ground floor corner unit (which makes it nice and private) just off of one of 4 pools in the complex. The condo faces the San Jacinto Mountains giving a spectacular view from the living room. The complex is private, gated and located about a half mile from Down Town Palm Springs. There are three tennis courts, 4 pools 2 hot tubs, a gym BBQ area with propane grills...very nice grounds, -quiet, friendly adult atmosphere.
