This is a different type of vacation rental offer to one person or a couple who need a place to stay i.e., in the Coachella Valley Part-Time during the month(s). You would occupy the room less than 15 nights a month-consecutive days or intermittant. One bedroom is currently being rented to a woman with two Jack Russells who stays here about five nights a month to play golf-otherwise she lives in Los Angeles. The other bedroom would be reserved for you. Walled-in tropical courtyard and pool with complete privacy from the outside. You would occupy one bedroom (mostly unfurnished) and separate shared bathroom with the other intermittant housemate and full use of living room, kitchen, pool/spa, one covered parking in the garage.
