The spacious master bedroom has a Cal-King bed flanked by two night stands. The flat screen TV sits atop the dresser. Take in morning sun through the sliding glass door that leads to the private courtyard.
Second Bedroom:
Family or friends will be comfortable in the back bedroom where there are two queen beds with a night stand in between. There is also a flat screen TV on the dresser in this room as well. There is a window that looks out to the green belt and access to the back patio through the sliding glass door.
Living Area:
The living room has vaulted ceilings with a great gas fireplace. There is a microsuede sectional sofa facing the flat screen TV mounted above the mantel. The dining table seats six and is surrounded by two walls of windows with views to the greenery in the courtyard.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is recently updated with new counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bakeware, glassware, cooking utensils and more. Small appliances include: toaster, blender, coffee pot, hand mixer, crock pot, juicer and coffee grinder.
Misc.
The washer and dryer are located in the 2-car garage. Front courtyard has sofa and two chairs next to the fountain. Back courtyard has table for six with umbrella close to the gas grill. There are two lounge chairs just outside the back gate.
Community:
Silver Sands Racquet Club is guard-gated community. The people are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. There are 8 lighted tennis courts and 15 pools and spas.
