This is a charming, very private, ground floor garden condominium. There is nothing above and it has its own enclosed yard. The complex is only 10 units with a community pool that is hardly ever being used. There is almost 2 acres of lush gardens surrounding the pool area. It is only 125 yards from Tommy Bahamas and The Gardens Shopping Center as well as all the restaurants and shops on El Paseo. No need to drive anywhere.
The kitchen is modern and the unit is well furnished and fully equipped. One bedroom has a king-sized bed - the other with a queen. There is also room in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This unit has a washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace and a grill on the patio. Pets by approval only. Summer rates: $500/week!!
