High Season: November thru March $1095/week $3695/month
Transitional Season: Oct, April thru June $ 795/week $2695/month
Low Season: July thru September $ 600/week $1800/month
Nightly Rental $200.00 with 2 night minimum.
$500.00 Security deposit upon making of reservation.
$100 for cleaning.
A 50% payment due 60 days prior to stay and final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of stay all monies will be retained and you will have 1 year from the original arrival date to rebook the same property with a 20% rebooking fee.
