Luxurious 3BR/3BA condo at Seven Lakes Country Club, a private and exclusive golf resort and country club community adjacent to the famous and trendy Parker Hotel (originally the Gene Autry estate) at the desireable south end of Palm Springs.
The community is gated and security-guarded 24/7. The architecture is mid-century modern (for which Palm Springs is famous). In addition to a TV in each bedroom, amenities include large screen flat panel TV's in the living room and master bedroom, a stereo system, VCR, CD and DVD players, cable TV, high-speed wireless (WiFi) internet access, and unlimited free telephone to anywhere in the US and Canada.
Seven Lakes is 5 minutes driving time from Palm Springs International Airport, and within easy walking or biking distance to nearby supermarkets and shops. Downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert with world-class restaurants, shopping, casino gambling and numerous other desert attractions are all minutes away.
Minimum rental is one (1) month -- no exceptions. References and security deposit required. Sorry, no pets, and no smoking.
