The rental cost includes all utilities (except telephone), basic cable, heated pool and spa, home owner’s association dues, and gardening service. Maid service can be provided, but would be the responsibility of the tenant.
The house is walking distance to the Tamarisk Country Club, in a neighborhood of mid century homes which have been meticulously maintained. Many of the surrounding homes have been owned by famous individuals in the entertainment industry. The River entertainment complex and full service shopping opportunities are nearby.
