Spanish style home (stucco with tile roof) with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, den, family and living rooms, pool, spa and has a view of the mountains. It is only 6 years old and was never really lived in due to an absentee previous owner. There are granite countertops and a subzero refrigerator. Den with high speed wireless internet and printer available.
