Our wonderful desert home is waiting to welcome you into the arms of rest and relaxation. The home is a single family residential property in a quiet neighborhood. It is in the wind-free south end of Palm Desert. You can walk to El Paseo (the Rodeo Dr. of the desert,) Shopping malls, Markets, Theaters, Churches, and lighted community tennis courts. Golf, The Living Desert, College of the Desert (great area swapmeet,) the Rivers Shopping Center are all within a 2 miles distance of the home. Everything is right at your fingertips.
The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is attractively decorated. The kitchen is a chef's delight and is fully equipped. The living room is equipped with a gel fireplace for that touch of atmosphere on those cool winter desert evenings. The bedrooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable for curling up to read a good book or to get a good nights sleep. Adjoining the master bedroom is a small, separate patio for catching the views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The home is immaculately maintained. There is a terraced backyard with outdoor dining, covered patio with a misting system, a full pool and spa with a waterfall. The home is handicap accessible and has laundry facilities. Pool and yard maintenance are provided.

Sept-Nov., Apr-June range $550.-$650 weekly-1 week min. ($2200. monthly)
Dec.-Mar. $725. weekly- 2 week min. ($2600. monthly, $2300. for 2 or more months)
Rates quoted are for max. 4 people. $10. per night per person for addl. guests
Security Deposit: $750. (fully refundable within 14 days with no damage)
Cleaning Fee: $150. ($50. refundable as per contract)
I have had difficulty loading my pictures into CL, but if you go into VRBO.com and put in property 228067 you will be able to view pictures and to get a good price comparison for properties in the area. We are by far the most reasonable!!!
