Mid Century desert home, in the City of Palm Desert, with casual open floor plan, great for entertaining. It is about 2600 sq. ft. and is in the classic "L" shape. Large private yard with pool/spa and built-in gas bar-be-que. Centrally located in town in a residential area (not a gated community), close to mall, El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the Desert), the McCallum Theater, and College of the Desert (which has a great swap meet every weekend and also a public driving range, chipping and putting green). Easy access to dozens of premier golf courses. Most restaurants are within a 5 - 10 minute drive, some within walking distance. Agua Caliente Casino is about a 10 minute drive. Have fun and enjoy!
Master bedroom has a king size bed with TV and built-in DVD/VHS player and a wet bar/sitting room that has a queen size sofa bed, this room has a wooden accordion door that can be closed for privacy. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with DVD/VHS player. The living room has a full size sofa bed and TV, DVD player, VHS player, Stereo with CD player. Also included is a DSL/wireless router for internet access.
Kitchen has a gas stove top, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the utensils you should need. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises. Linens and towels are provided.

Weekends $500* Weekly $1,250* Monthly $3,000**
*Spa use is included in rental, pool heating is an additional charge.
** Monthly renters are allowed $125 each on the gas and electric, any overage to be paid by lessee.
$200 security deposit for weekend and weekly renters (monthly renters the deposit is increased), cleaning (usually runs $60 - $75, sometimes more depending on how it is left) will be deducted from this amount and the balance returned minus any possible damage (which of course we don't expect).
