Paradise in progress w/ airstream pool house, newly redone pool & hot tub
Great house in Palm Desert - between Palm Springs & La Quinta
Walking distance from El Paseo (The Rodeo Drive of the desert), College of the Desert (where there's a great swap meet every weekend), McCallum Theater, Westfield Shopping Towne and MORE!
Mountain view in every direction.
5 minute drive to The Living Desert and great hiking. 10 minutes to the Agua Caliente casino. 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
15 minutes from the Aerial Tramway.

It is very charming and comfortable.
We are still working on the yard (gardening), but the patio and pool more than make up for it.
The pool was just redone last summer and we put in a hot tub.
The patio is separated from the pool by a child safety gate.
The reason the price is lower than most is that we still need to finish up a few things.
Mostly the yard, but we want to repaint rooms as we go. That's why it's discounted for now!
We just redid the kitchen floor and will do others as they need it (currently they don't)
There's a laundry room with washer/dryer and a brand new stove/oven!

Dogs are okay, but cost extra per night and require a higher deposit depending on the number (and size) of dogs.
there is a $200 deposit, which you will receive back, less any damages (broken windows, glasses, etc.)
