3 night minimum for 4th of july---any three nights---$1,500 + 200 cleaning.
New 5 bedroom, 3100 square foot home with granite kitchen and bar that seats 11. Huge master bedroom with plasma, couch and loveseat and Jacuzzi tub with stereo system (record player!) Dedicated video game room with Xbox 360 (rock band, racing etc.), 42" plasma and hi def cable. Family room and pool table room have twin plasmas and surround sound hi-fi stereo system with a bar and refridge. Family room has two soft suede couches with recliners and pool room has a large massage chair!
• 3 king beds, 1 futon bed, 4 kids bunk beds
• 4 large plasmas

• Swimming pool is 40' X 20' and has diving board, layout deck in water, waterfall, spa that seats 10.
• Massage chair---leather recliner
• Video game room w/Xbox ---Rock band, race cars etc.
• Stereo system in game room, family room and outside all connected to Sat/Sirius radio
• Bar with separate refrigerator
• Plasma and DVD is master bedroom along with couch, love seat and refrigerator
• BMX track for kids in back yard
• Workout machine
5 minutes from shopping in Palm Desert
Rates are $1,000 per week, Monday morning through Friday @ noon. Weekends are also $1,000 Friday eve through Sunday eve. Daily rates $200 weekday/$500 weekends per night.
Security deposit required. Can take credit cards via paypal----verified preferred member.
