That's right.
We've decided that for July & August, we'd let Mother Nature decide the price - with a little help from weather.com.
Whatever the high for Palm Desert (area code 92260) is for the days you stay, is what you pay.

A few things:
The high is based on the average for Palm Desert on weather.com
There is a 3-night minimum
There is a cleaning fee (see below)
That's about it.

5 minute drive to The Living Desert and great hiking. 10 minutes to the Agua Caliente casino. 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
3 bed, 2 bath, living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, big front yard, big back yard, pool, hot tub, awesome patio with BBQ.
Broadband WiFi Internet.
Living room has DirecTV with the works!
Airstream Pool House (with air conditioning)!!!
It is very charming and comfortable.
This is a work in progress.
We are still working on the yard (gardening), but the patio and pool more than make up for it.
The pool was just redone (we do have our priorities) and we put in a hot tub.
The patio is separated from the pool by a child safety gate.
The reason the price is lower than most is that we still need to finish up a few things.
Mostly the yard, but we want to repaint rooms as we go. And eventually replace the fridge. It works fine, but is a little old. That's why it's discounted for now! We just put in a brand new oven/stove.
We just redid the kitchen floor and will do others as they need it (currently they don't)
There's a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Dogs are okay, but cost extra per night and require a higher deposit depending on the number (and size) of dogs.

there is a clean up fee, usually ranging from $60 - $75 per stay, based on what shape you leave it in. More if you leave a mess or break things.
Bring your own linens (sheets & towels) and save $40 off the cleaning. (week & month visitors only)
