Sliding glass doors from the Dining and Kitchen area opens to
a patio and the pool which is protected by a 6 foot wall for
privacy.
The pool is designed with a quartzite decking and handmade
tile with a waterfall spa that spills into the pool and private enough for clothing op swimming if preferred.

There is a gas/lava rock barbeque on the patio.
This is a beautiful comfortable house located in one of the
nicest areas of Palm Springs just southeast of downtown.

RATES

Normal rates:

2850 to 3250/month *
(*special rates for stays more than two months and greater

discount for more than three months- inquire)

1250 / week ( 1450/holiday wk) ( discount on 2nd or third week

may be available- inquire)

$450/wk end (600 holiday week end/ per 2 day)

SPECIAL JUNE JULY AUGUST until SEPTEMBER 10*

875 to 950 per week


* note: discount does not apply to week ends or Labor Day week
and lower rates sometimes relate to longer stays.
