Come enjoy our fabulous mid-century Palm Springs Alexander ranch home with gorgeous desert landscaping, fig and grapefruit trees, striking mountain views, super private backyard, pool with tanning shelf, and brand-new spa. You simply won't find a more beautiful backyard to enjoy sunny days (on the hammock or lounge chairs by the pool) and starry nights anywhere in Palm Springs.

French doors connect the bright living room and dining area to the back patio, outdoor dining area, yard, pool, and spa. There's a good-sized kitchen with all appliances, ready for plenty of cooking for dinners under the stars. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (with shared full bath) while the master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. All linens, bedding, and towels are included. Home also includes free-weights, gym balls and yoga mats which can be used for a backyard workout.

Located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs, the home is located on a quiet street and just a few minutes from Palm Springs with a variety of shops, great restaurants, bars and a casino. Design enthusiasts will love exploring Palm Springs' mid-century design, furniture, and accessory shops and art galleries and checking out the city's famous architecture. The home is very close to the tram which takes visitors on a breathtaking ride to the top of San Jacinto Mountain, and it’s just a short drive from neighboring desert towns of Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. There are also many hotels nearby with top-notch spas as well as nearby hiking trails, public tennis courts, and of course, countless golf courses open year-round.

The house is available for weekly rentals at a reduced rate of just $1295 per week this summer. Cleaning fee is INCLUDED. Fully refundable security deposit is required. Very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Weekend rates are $225/nt with 3-day minimum and $85 cleaning fee. 4th of July weekend is booked, but Labor Day is still available. Fully refundable security deposit is required.

You also don’t have to worry about pool heating fees this time of year as the temperature is just perfect as-is!
