Deep Canyon Tennis Club is a walled and gate-guarded community located high above El Paseo on the east side of Highway 74 in South Palm Desert. The property enjoys spectacular views of the Valley & San Jacinto / Santa Rosa Mountains. The condo was built in 1980 and has been recently updated and is a very private end unit. Large 2 bedroom 2 bath, ground level, appx. 1160 square feet. E Units are the most desirable floor plan at Deep Canyon Tennis Club. The condo features a private outside enclosed atrium, (perfect for smokers) large living room, plantation shutters, great beds, sofa bed, TV's & DVD's in each bedroom, and big screen Sony TV in the living room. The Kitchen is fully equiped. Covered parking and plenty of guest parking right next to the unit. A 2003 electric club car is available for trips to the club house.
