1 week at this timeshare for this week only. Very nice place to vacation to. Indian Palms Intervals is conveniently located close to a 27-hole golf course and five tennis courts. Indian Palms Intervals is located within a NEIGHBORHOOD OF HOMES AND APARTMENTS. The resort is clean and comfortable with an accommodating on-site staff. The numerous golf courses in the area are a primary draw for owners and guests. Discounts are available for nearby golf. All units have air conditioning, a TV with satellite, DVD, and a telephone. Units are single story 2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 4 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. All units are 700 square feet and have ONE BATHROOM. For optimum comfort and privacy. recommended occupancy is 4. On-site there are 2 pool and spa areas with outdoor gas bar-b-ques. A putting green is located near the center pool area. The resort requires Visa, Master Card, personal check or cash as a security deposit + US$15 cash utility charge at check in. Long distance calls require a credit or calling card. Indian Palms Intervals is 22 miles from downtown Palm Springs. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. There are limited on-site activities. Local attractions are Indian Gaming Casinos, Aerial Tram, Palm Springs Follies and National Parks. Golf rates are around $40/18 holes
