**This home is about 2 miles from the Palm Springs strip and about 5 minutes from the airport.**
4 casino’s, hundreds of fabulous restaurants, and 150 golf courses within minutes.

The house itself has 3 bedrooms in the main house.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a king size bed .
The other two bedrooms are also large,
one has two california king beds in it and the other has one King size bed.
Every bedroom has its own television with cable and DVD player.
There is another bathroom in the middle of the house
. We also have a Casita over looking the pool with 15ft full glass windows.
The Casita has its own leather furniture, dressers and a big screen TV and King Bed.
The Casita has no washroom so you have to use one of the two inside the house.
(right outside the door of the Casita).
The house is air conditioned, has a full washer and dryer, all appliances,
internet, stereo and a stainless steel large Barbeque ,
recliners and pool chairs.
The pool itself if quite large, fully heated, and is 7 ft deep in the middle,
with both ends having shallow areas.
The pool has a great waterfall. Directly outside of the rear
sliding doors is an excellent covered (shaded area) area
overlooking the pool with a large patio table and 6 chairs.
There is a wall mounted television and DVD
so you can watch the news at the end of the day.
In this extended living space are plug in a video
for the little ones while you swim in the pool or suntan.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities.
It is fully stocked with glassware, flatware, a blender, wine glasses etc.
It has a poker set, playing cards, chess, checkers, badminton and tennis racquets.
Parking is ample with a circular driveway in a very safe, quite neighborhood.
